The Kennel Management Team's Statement on RR-Forum Rules, Terms and it's Procedures
Dated:  May 21, 2007

We at RR-Forum would like to have a community that is welcoming to all, informative and fun. This is a place for RR lovers to talk and share information about our "best friends" and the activities we share with them.

We do ask that you follow these simple guidelines, which will be enforced by The Kennel Management Team.
Please review the following links if you are not aware of the RR-Forum Rules and Terms of Service (TOS).

Terms of Service (TOS)

RR-Forum Rules
http://rr-forum.com/forum/index.php/topic,368.0.html

While we are aware that you may not agree with everything posted, we ask that you respect each poster's opinion.  Everybody has the right to express how they think.  Nobody wants to come into a community after a long day at work and see people attacking each other.

NO personal attacks will be tolerated. This includes blatant snide comments meant to bait the other member(s). In addition, profanity, name calling, derogatory comments directed at other members, RR-Forum, and/or the Kennel Management Team or other inappropriate remarks, including racial slurs, will NOT be tolerated. Flaming/flame wars and posting someone's private messages will NOT be tolerated. Spam, advertising litters and/or stud dogs, solicitation of any kind without prior approval from Kennel Management and any other blatant violations of the TOS and RR-Forum Rules will NOT be tolerated.

Should any violation be identified, the member(s) will receive two warnings asking for the behavior to stop. If it doesn't, the member(s) in question will be banned OR suspended after the agreement of at least two members of Management. The Kennel Management Team reserves the right to set a "suspension" into effect depending on the circumstances and the member's past history on RR-Forum. Any member of management also reserves the right to immediately place a member(s) on suspension until the Management can meet to determine a suitable course of action dependent upon the severity of the violation.

If it ever comes to the point where a member(s) has to be banned, there will be a vote held by Management. Five members coming to any member(s) of Management with valid, substantiated complaints and asking for removal of a certain member(s) is grounds for banning.

The Kennel Management Team also reserves the right to use any and all documentation, including any private messages to substantiate claims against a member(s) accused of violating the TOS and/or RR-Forum Rules.

RR-Forum Management reserves the right to alter these rules without advance Notification.  The Kennel Management Team's decisions are final.

We hope that you enjoy your membership to the RR-Forum. If you have any questions please feel free to contact any one of us.

Do you fan the flames, try to douse them, flee from the heat, watch as the house burns, or use the
cell-phone camera to privately send it to others?

Re: Posting a reminder of the TOS & Forum Rules.

Just a reminder to all our members, to respect each member's opinions and to realize that emotions and attitude are very much often misinterpreted in a forum type setting, even with the addition of emoticons (smiley's).

Each member here is entitled to express their own opinions on a topic, however, only Management is entitled to correct a member who either willingly or unknowingly violates a policy. So if you see a member post something that violates our rules or you intrepret their post as a direct attack, DO NOT publicly reply to that member. The proper and correct action for members to take is to either pm that member your concern and/or notify a member of management so that WE can take proper action.

Thanks to everyone for helping to keep this site educational and welcoming to new members.

Thanks,
Kennel Management
