Yes, the saying is definately true

A tired puppy is a good puppy.

I would play a variation of hide and seek to wear my two out. I would hide on one side of the storage building and let them chase me, round and round till they were wore out. Of course I would have to let them actually catch me occasionally just to keep them interested in the game.

Hide and seak is great.  Instead of using myself, I have found a favorit toy.  I make the dog sit, cover their eyes, and throw the toy somewhere.  I then tell them to find it !  It works great and they are always so happy to find the toy.  To bad the only one that brings it back is Kumar.
