i wish they'd shown the speedometer in the frame... cuz that doesn't look like 28mph to me...
i've HAD Chester at 28 on the access road at Farm III

i would JUST start to pull away at 28/29

always wondered if i could squeeze a bit more speed out of him if he was motivated by CHASING something instead of simply running for the hell of it

it's been a few years
i wonder if he could still do it...
i kinda doubt that Charlie could
but he may surprise me...
i've never tried clockin' him

I have a new Youtube video of the dogs up!  Plus I thought it would be good to revive this thread so any one that hasn't seen it yet can add thier youtube account for all to enjoy!

We went for a run at the school.  You can see how Meile runs circles around Leonidas, and wears him out...  It's kind of long, and looks much better if you click "watch in high quality"  above the "views" counter....

Very nice video - I see Meile has learned how to flirt with him to get him to play  We are going to be visiting the person who has Kumba's sister sometime in the next month after Bruce gets back so am sure we will get some great photos and videos as Bruce will be the one taking them  They have a horse farm up there and it will be foaling time which I am really looking forward to. He said he will save me horseshoes which I asked for. So watch this space. I really enjoyed watching that, they have so much fun.

My favs are:  the talkative ridgeback (I was shooting over my shoulder so he didn't know I was "watching"), the instigator (with my 14yr old lab-mix because it was just a taste of how friggin' relentless he can be), showin' how tough he can be, and.....and.....and.......   I guess I love all of them.
