Ok, so I just got the scoop on win photos. They are only posting the ones that were not ordered at the show. Of course I ordered mine there

but the lady offered to post it up on the web anyway! So that should be up at some point today. But beware, I was having a bad hair day

The people at the Winning Image are incredible! They were SO helpful! They tolerated 4 different portrait sittings for Sarah, Julie (Benton's owner), and I. One of which had 5 dogs in it!! Those will take a little longer to come, but I'll post them too. SO cute

And Nadia, I'd love to see your photos - I think I saw you guys trying to get all the dogs to look in one direction at the booth! Quite a task to accomplish - I struggle to get two dogs in cync, I cannot imagine trying to juggle 5!

Mary Anne - No, I didn't know - thanks for pointing that out. While looking at the pictures, I was thinking: Geez, I wish there were names to go with these pictures... Someone who is new to this world (As I am) really has no idea who is who.

THANK YOU!! I realize I have so much to learn.... What I must say about the RR community from my experience is that it is relatively small and thankfully people such as yourselves are willing to help a newbie like myself. It is much appreciated.

I do see some similarity - especially as it relates to the structure of the head ... (keep in mind this is my amateur eye!).

Nice! This is definately a progress, especially keeping in mind what a swarm of bees the photo area at the Nationals was in comparison to any other show. Not only dogs, but even some people were intimidated by all the attention, noise, and action surrounding the spot! The photo is a keeper for sure - a huge accomplishment indeed!
