Hey all,

I got to share my joy and excitement over Amboni's puppies that she whelped Oct. 21st.
As I already tried this mating in spring and she had reabsorbed all puppies then I was not sure if I should dare it again but now I'm more than glad that I did. Mom and pups are doing very well, here are some first pictures.

They are beautiful and so smooshable, oh I want one. or two or three. I am glad everything went well, I am sorry about your earliers experience but glad this one worked out for you. All the photos are adorable. It will take some time but give them tons of smooshies frome me. Made my day, a puppy fix

I'm deeply enjoying all the puppy breath and cuddling those cuties, spending hours after hours in the whelping box with Amboni.

I will post updated pictures in a few days, I'm trying not to overload you all

Here they are again

They've done a lot of growing in the meantime and now the rest of my pack joins in to play with the pups and teach them some things a ridgeback's gotta know...

Amboni is still nursing them but she does eventually growl when they bite in her tits. Today they will be outside for the first time, probably only for some short minutes as it is pretty cold.
