Abuse to animals

I hate to bring this up, but we all know it happens.  My BB site just sent me 2 good sites to check to see about people abusing animals.  Here is the original mail I received:


"Shon Rahrig.. ..allegedly adopted 6 or 7 cats and a puppy from various local shelters and allegedly abused them horribly, broke their limbs, put their eyes out, etc."

Apparently this man prefers cats but has also abused dogs. I do not think he would spend the money on an RR but I figure some of you may know people in rescue and could forward this info.  Thanks
